Tayaba Khan is a healthcare communications coach, trainer, and educator with over twenty years of multidisciplinary experience in healthcare communications, leadership, organizational development, and education. She specializes in delivering corporate webinars, onsite seminars, and interactive training workshops in health and wellness, leadership, communication, DEI, and technical skills. Her sessions are known for being interactive, practical, and outcome-driven, drawing on real-world case studies and coaching techniques that help participants translate insights into measurable results. Tayaba has extensive expertise in designing and facilitating high-impact training programs. For more than twelve years, she has trained healthcare professionals, corporate teams, and academic cohorts in areas such as crisis communication, stakeholder engagement, leadership development, conflict resolution, and professional growth. In her current role as faculty at Bow Valley College’s Chiu Business School, she develops and delivers courses for Health Unit Clerk and Medical Office Assistant programs, ensuring students are equipped with industry-ready knowledge and skills.
