Luca Mazzon

"I am Luca Mazzon, a clinical psychologist, performance consultant, and international lecturer specialized in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), sport and performance psychology, and emotional regulation strategies. Over the past years, I have designed and facilitated workshops, seminars, and training programs for musicians, athletes, educators, and professionals in high-demand environments. My teaching activity integrates scientific evidence, clinical practice, and my own background as a former professional classical musician, which allows me to connect theory with real-world performative challenges focusing on promoting wellbeing and mental health. I have collaborated with conservatories, academies, and training institutions across Italy and Europe, and published several research as well as a book on performance psychology.
