As part of my role in World Vision’s Child Development Program (LIFT Project), I have extensive experience in designing and facilitating group-based sessions, workshops, and interactive training for caregivers, adolescents, and children. These included psychosocial support, health and well-being promotion, and recreational activities aimed at strengthening resilience and family bonds. In addition to direct facilitation, I coordinated inter-agency trainings, supported needs assessments, and prepared reports to ensure the sustainability of the programs. My sessions often combined evidence-based psychosocial methods with interactive and creative approaches, such as art, play, and community activities. Through these experiences, I developed strong skills in leading seminars and workshops, both in humanitarian field settings and organizational contexts, helping participants enhance communication, leadership, and coping strategies while promoting overall well-being.
