With a proven track record, I have organized numerous mental health training webinars, workshops, onsite seminars and corporate training on areas such as, stress-management, mental illness and disorders, self-awareness, anger management and resilience building, managing grief and loss, leadership, child and adolescence psychology. I have also successfully completed two 3 month training programs for community mental health ambassadors in different community based organizations.
