I am a psychologist specialising in behaviour modification and shaping. I run workshops and webinars for parents, young people and anyone who wants to better understand their emotions and relationships. I combine scientific knowledge with a practical approach – I create a safe, engaging space to work on motivation, emotion regulation, stress, communication and building healthy relationships. In my work, I focus on clarity of communication, authenticity, and practical tools that can be immediately applied in everyday life. I am happy to collaborate with organisations, schools, and groups looking for valuable, substantive development meetings.
