For the past 12 years, I've been wearing the hat of the sidekick to engaged entrepreneurs and their teams, to help them uplift their impact and interrelatedness at work. Investing smartly in the human factor is key to deliver an ROI...that extends far beyond numbers and the office. After 10 years working in San Francisco, including at HolacracyOne USA - a pioneer in innovative management practices – I've come to realize that to "do" differently, it is key to "be" differently - in terms of presence, consciousness, listening and expression. I design team sessions (whether it's a team coaching, a seminar, a training or a workshop) based on the specific needs and pace of the collective. These group sessions are designed to spark both fun AND team growth, in order to make team dynamics explicit – alliances, patterns, tensions, level of trust and cooperation – and to bring the group to the next level of cooperation and build a more engaged and robust team. I have been trained in team coaching and in collective intelligence facilitation.
