Noelia Pileggi

I am an Executive and Team Coach, Scrum Master, and OKR Coach with experience supporting multiple teams simultaneously in complex organizational environments. Until 2023, I worked in a full-time role at Banco Galicia in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where I coached and trained several teams in parallel. My work focused on strengthening leadership, collaboration, and performance through a practical and people-centered approach. I designed and facilitated workshops and training sessions for teams and leaders, including leadership development, OKRs workshops, and team effectiveness sessions. I supported teams in the definition, alignment, and follow-up of their objectives, and facilitated reflective conversations to identify learning, opportunities for improvement, and sustainable actions. After this experience, I took a one-year professional break to gain perspective and redefine my direction. In 2025, I resumed my professional activity as an independent coach, working with leaders and teams in different contexts.
