Melanie Krajovan

I am a psychologist and EMCC Senior Practitioner coach with a background in organisational and business psychology. I design and deliver leader-focused workshops and seminars that support employee engagement, organisational culture, and effective leadership within complex, high-pressure environments. My workshop design is grounded in psychological theory and evidence-based practice and is typically developed as part of broader organisational, culture, or change initiatives. I work with leaders and managers to explore how leadership behaviours, systems, and ways of working shape engagement, psychological safety, and performance at work. My workshops support leaders to reflect on how culture is experienced day to day, to reframe challenges, and to strengthen the conditions in which individuals and teams can perform well and remain engaged. Topics often include leadership behaviours and culture, employee engagement, psychological safety, leading through change, and sustainable ways of working. My approach is thoughtful, practical, and psychologically informed. I balance insight with a clear focus on what is realistic and effective within organisational contexts, supporting leaders to translate understanding into meaningful action.
