Victoria Rodriguez

I am a wellbeing and organisational development professional with extensive experience designing and delivering corporate seminars, workshops, and training programs focused on mental wellbeing, leadership, communication, emotional resilience, and healthy ways of working. As Co-Founder of Bevol, I work with organisations to support leaders and teams through interactive workshops and facilitated learning experiences that address stress, conflict, psychological safety, engagement, and organisational culture. My work combines systemic thinking, coaching, and experiential methodologies to create practical, human-centred solutions that improve both wellbeing and performance. Through Building Future, I design and deliver learning journeys for leaders and professionals interested in conscious leadership, collaboration, and sustainable organisational models. These programs integrate wellbeing, self-awareness, and relational skills as core foundations for effective leadership in complex environments. In addition, I am actively involved on a voluntary basis in the Club de Cuenca – International TEAL Congress, contributing to global conversations and peer-learning spaces around new organisational paradigms, self-management, and human-centred work cultures. This experience reinforces my ability to work across diverse audiences and international contexts. I bring a facilitative, empathetic, and structured approach to corporate wellbeing initiatives, with experience delivering both online and onsite sessions. My focus is on creating safe, engaging learning environments that support individual wellbeing while strengthening teams and organisations as a whole.
