I have over 18 years of professional experience in education across the UK and Spain, delivering and facilitating seminars, workshops, and coaching sessions for teachers, parents, and educational teams. My background includes extensive work as an Early Years (EY), Primary, and SENCO teacher, where I have led training on inclusive education, special educational needs, early childhood development, curriculum planning, assessment, and behaviour management. I have also worked as a trainer and private tutor, providing one-to-one and group coaching tailored to individual learning needs. In addition, I have held leadership roles as a Coordinator in different educational companies and as a Nursery Manager, where I was responsible for staff training, mentoring, performance development, and quality assurance. These roles involved planning and delivering professional development workshops, coaching educators, and supporting teams in implementing best practice. My experience allows me to adapt training and coaching to diverse audiences, combining practical strategies, reflective practice, and evidence-based approaches to support both professional growth and positive learning outcomes.
