Zsuzsanna Boni

With hands-on experience as a trainer and learning facilitator, I design and deliver seminars, workshops, and training programs for children, teenagers, adults, and professional teams. I have worked as a trainer in both educational and organizational contexts, delivering soft skills trainings and workshops on emotional awareness, mental well-being, conscious communication, self-leadership, team dynamics, growth mindset, and the impact of the digital world on mental health. While working in a corporate environment, I became a certified Netflix corporate trainer, further strengthening my experience in designing and facilitating high-quality, learner-centered training programs. I also have experience facilitating sessions on sensitive and complex topics such as taboo subjects, parental divorce, and early relationships, always adapting content to the developmental stage of participants. My training style is interactive and practice-oriented, combining structured learning design with experiential methods that actively engage participants and support real understanding and application. I place strong emphasis on creating safe, participatory learning environments where people can reflect, ask questions, and translate knowledge into everyday behavior. I work primarily online and deliver trainings in both English and Hungarian.
