I’m a PhD-trained health and behavior-change specialist who partners with organizations to support sustainable wellbeing, performance, and resilience. With formal training in human nutrition and exercise science, and over a decade of experience teaching and facilitating in academic and professional settings, I specialize in delivering clear, research-informed education that moves beyond surface-level wellness tips.
