Nearing three decades of career experience from comfortable and stable environments to VUCA environments, I bring the learnings from those experiences and my curious growth and benefit mindset to the table. I am the co-founder and director at The Conscious Exchange, and strategic partner with PMCC Malaysia; both boutique consulting, executive coaching ,leadership facilitation and research based companies that specialise in a holistic approach when developing and executing multi-faceted programs for individuals, organizations and community. Covering regions between South East Asia and South Asia gives us deep insight and experience from different markets. We work with public, private and development sectors and pride ourselves on our long-standing relationships and networks. As a certified master and team coach (ICF trained), certified behavioural analyst, and a certified Accredited trainer (HRD CORP Malaysia) I design and deliver highly effective training programs, particularly in the areas of leadership development and communication. I also provide executive coaching to clients with portfolio accountabilities of up to USD1 billion. In addition, my mission is to support individuals and organizations achieve their full potential and create positive change working with self, community, organisation and the globe. Prior to my entrepreneurial journey, I had the pleasure of working with a leading Fortune 500 oil and gas organisation, dived in as a COO of a fashion week, and more......the path has never been linear.
