Workshops can be delivered through two complementary approaches: DISC & Driving Forces (TTI Success Insights) Workshops focused on understanding behavioral styles and motivations, improving communication within teams, valuing differences, and preventing or managing conflict more effectively. Mindfulness & Emotional Intelligence Workshops aimed at developing self-awareness, emotional regulation, presence, and conscious leadership, supporting wellbeing, resilience, and healthier professional relationships. As a purpose and professional development coach and executive coach, my approach is practical, reflective, and human-centred, creating safe learning spaces where insights can be translated into everyday work situations. Workshops are available online or in person and can be tailored to the specific needs of each organization or team.
