Lea Mesnard

I am a management consultant, with 10 years experience in assessing organizational culture and presenting the results to executive audiences. During my 10-year career, I have worked with clients and consultants across the globe, providing training, conducting workshops and explaining the psychological concepts used in my diagnostic work. Via my own developmental coaching practice (thinkerise.com) I also offer coaching, grounded in adult development theories and ACT. Currently, I have designed and will be conducting 2 workshops, focused on self-awareness and self-acceptance, based on a unique, proprietary methodology.
