Marina Poghosyan

I am an experienced trainer and facilitator with over a decade of designing and delivering business, management, and leadership programs for management consultants and SME clients. My work includes courses such as Management Consulting Essentials, From Manual to System Management, and Corporate Culture Transformation, as well as soft-skills programs in emotional intelligence, communication, and creative thinking. More recently, I developed and delivered the programs Leadership in the AI Era and Habit Transformation. I have facilitated trainings across the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) countries of operation, including Central Asia, Mongolia, Ghana, and Western Europe, working with diverse professional and cultural contexts.
