I am a leadership and talent consultant with 22+ years of experience across India and Southeast Asia, partnering with organizations to build leaders, strengthen talent systems, and enable large-scale transformation. I work at the intersection of strategy, people and behavior- helping individuals and organizations translate intent into sustained performance. My work spans leadership assessment and development, executive and senior-leader coaching, competency and role design, team effectiveness and learning experience design. I have partnered with clients across BFSI, oil & gas, manufacturing, healthcare, government institutions, technology and consumer businesses; supporting both enterprise-wide initiatives and deeply personal leadership journeys. As an PCC level ICF-certified coach, I bring a grounded, insight-driven approach—combining behavioral science, neuroscience-informed coaching and rigorous assessment methodologies. I work to create safe yet challenging spaces where leaders build self-awareness, navigate complexity and make clear, confident choices.
