For the past four years I have organized webinars and workshops centered around wellbeing and mental health. Topics include stress management, self-regulation, early identification and intervention for disorders, suicide prevention, emotional resilience, emotional intelligence, mindfulness and growth mindeset approach. Workshops can be adapted to the needs of clients, either presentations, experiential, discussions or a combination.
