As a Psychologist, HR expert, Facilitator, Lecturer and Executive Coach, have worked with more than 2500 leaders globally, and have spent more than 2000 hours coaching leaders, I focus on equipping leaders to be able to lead well. I offer coaching and training on DEI, Resilience, Leadership, and Critical Thinking Skills, Decision-Making, Executive Leadership, Strategic Thinking, Transition Management / First 90 Days, Women in Leadership. I work with all level of leaders, from new leaders to C-suite leaders, in various industries, from finance (Old Mutual, Swift) and consulting (PWC, BCG) to technology (Salesforce, Veeve) and medical (Vaccines Europe, GSK, MSD, Argenx). I have lived in 5 countries, and have worked with leaders from the Americas, Europe, UK, Africa, Asia, The Middle East, Australia, and New Zealand.
