I am a Doctor in Human Resources, keynote speaker and founder of a consulting firm specialized in neurodiversity, burnout prevention and leadership transformation. For several years, I have been delivering corporate trainings, executive seminars and conferences for highly demanding audiences — including physicians, lawyers and senior leaders — on complex issues such as workplace suffering, burnout, psychosocial risks, ethical leadership and organizational responsibility.
