As a compassionate educator in the University for 22 years, I have dedicated my career not only to teaching in the classroom but also to extending my expertise beyond the academic setting through training, coaching, and professional speaking engagements in both corporate and government agencies. My work has been guided by a deep commitment to fostering personal growth, psychological well-being, and professional effectiveness among diverse groups of learners and professionals. Throughout my years of service, I have been actively involved in delivering seminars, Team-building activities and workshops on mental health, personality development, stress management, work-life balance, conflict resolution, and effective communication. These engagements have allowed me to reach a wider audience and contribute meaningfully to the development of healthier, more resilient, and emotionally intelligent individuals and organizations.
