I am a leadership development facilitator who designs and delivers experiential workshops that strengthen leadership capability, team alignment, and organizational collaboration. My programs are often created for global companies and institutions undergoing growth, restructuring, or cultural transformation. I have facilitated leadership and organizational development initiatives for organizations such as McKinsey Greater China, IKEA, KPMG, Merck, Cargill, Ford, Intel, Lululemon, Stora Enso, and Reed Exhibitions, as well as universities including Fudan University MBA and Beijing University. These programs covered areas such as authentic leadership, team integration, stakeholder collaboration, customer experience, and competence development. My workshops focus on practical application—helping participants translate learning into how they lead, work together, and drive results within their organizations.
