Since 2021, I’ve empowered over 4,500 adolescents through large-scale mental health sessions (350–650 participants), using a biopsychosocial approach to build emotional resilience and authentic connection. I also provide trauma-informed support for mothers navigating their child’s cleft lip and palate surgical journey.
