As a professional in Psychological Services and Program Management, I am dedicated to fostering authentic connection and biopsychosocial healing. Since 2021, I have served as a mental health seminar and training workshop provider, reaching over 4,500 adolescents aged 14–18. I specialize in facilitating large-scale interventions for groups of 350 to 650 participants, where I empower youth with the tools for emotional resilience and psychological flourishing. My clinical heart lies in supporting mothers navigating the surgical trauma associated with their children’s cleft lip and palate operations. By implementing trauma-informed practices, I help these caregivers process the unique stressors of the rehabilitative journey while building long-term household wellness. Currently, I serve as a Life Coach at Abundo Psychological Clinic and have previously managed large-scale public health initiatives, such as a 100-day nutrition program that delivered over 750,000 meals. Whether I am addressing a large delegation or providing targeted counseling, my approach is always grounded in "Pakikipagkapwa" and a deep respect for the beauty of diversity.
