Act as Facilitator on training program, involved in preparation process and training execution approximately 1-2 trainings per month Responsible to monitor Induction and On the Job Training Program both at Head Office and 160 Business Unit across Indonesia Responsible to held Socialization for New Employee Program both at head office and business unit across Indonesia, where the program is to welcome 15-20 new employees every month Involved in office event such as Independence day celebration or MoU signing ceremony as Master of Ceremony
