I am an MA Psychology student with hands-on experience in facilitation, working closely with communities and diverse groups in structured learning environments. I have facilitated group sessions focused on self-awareness, communication, and collaboration, creating spaces where participants feel safe to express themselves and engage meaningfully with others. Through these experiences, I have developed the ability to guide discussions, manage group dynamics, and adapt activities based on the needs and responses of participants. My facilitation approach is grounded in understanding behavior and creating intentional experiences that lead to insight and growth.
