I have had the joy of bringing groups of employees together from different companies and through various training sessions we have worked with topics like emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, team-building, assertive communication, self-awareness and self-regulation issues, etc. I have also worked with individuals in administrative positions to coach them in different topics such as leadership, well+being, burnout, self-image and others. It has been a magnificent and fulfilling journey for everyone. I have designed and carried out webinars for different communities in topics such as women empowerment, anxiety disorders, life and work balance, self-love, career planning, etc.
