Shreshtha Malhotra

As a trainer, I have facilitated workshops and training programs for both small and large groups across a variety of topics. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, designing learning experiences that are interactive, experiential, and participatory. My approach emphasizes co-creating learning environments where participants can engage meaningfully with ideas, reflect on their experiences, and contribute their own knowledge and perspectives. I believe that learning is most impactful when it is collaborative, relevant, and grounded in lived experience.
