I design and facilitate engaging, evidence-informed workshops that encourage reflection, discussion, and practical application. My presentations have included compassion fatigue, burnout prevention, stress management, recovery foundations, communication, health and wellness, values, and resilience for both civilian and military personnel. Whether presenting to community groups, healthcare professionals, or organizations, my goal is to make complex psychological concepts accessible while providing participants with practical tools they can immediately apply to improve personal wellbeing, team dynamics, and organizational health.
