Graduated with a masters in Applied Psychology from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, I am a psychologist with a keen interest in making psychological concepts practical, engaging, and relevant to everyday life. Through my fieldwork and workshop facilitation experiences, I have enjoyed creating interactive spaces that encourage discussion, reflection, and meaningful learning. As an early-career professional, I approach every workshop as an opportunity to learn alongside participants while bringing curiosity, authenticity, and evidence-informed perspectives to every session.
