Silvia Vitello

I'm a Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist based in Milan, working with adults and couples both online and in person. Having lived abroad and worked extensively in English, I have a particular interest in supporting expats, international couples, and people navigating life transitions across cultures. Alongside individual and couples therapy, I facilitate mental health workshops and wellbeing training for international organizations. My approach is integrative, grounded in cognitive constructivist psychotherapy, while always adapting to each person's unique story. I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where people feel safe to explore and grow.
