Senior civil society leader and human rights defender with 20+ years of experience in peace negotiations, governance reform, public finance management, gender mainstreaming and policy analysis in South Sudan. With fellow activists, led successful advocacy for civil society recognition as official negotiators in IGAD- led peace talks. Championed the creation of a Gender Advisor position in national Public Finance Management Reform process, founded a nationally recognized NGO and initiated several citizen-led processes in South Sudan. Served as independent senior consultant for UNMISS and other agencies in policy and programme advisory capacity. In 2022, led a citizen’s scenario building exercise forecasting possible trajectories for South Sudan within a three (3) year time horizon
