Throughout my career, I’ve found the greatest fulfillment in helping people grow. At McKinsey & Company, I worked closely with the Professional Development team to mentor graduates and early-career analysts, matching their strengths to projects where they could build confidence and develop new skills. As I progressed into leadership roles, I led cross-functional teams across Product Development, Operations, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales, coaching team members through change, improving collaboration, and supporting clients through complex implementations. I’m passionate about understanding human behaviour and motivation, and I enjoy creating environments where people feel supported, challenged, and empowered to succeed.
