My experience started in guidance, where I handled student sessions, workshops, mentoring, career exploration, and related school programs. I then transitioned into L&OD, designing and facilitating employee training, conducting TNA, using performance and feedback insights to identify learning needs, and creating interactive e-learning modules for face-to-face, virtual, and blended programs. With experience in both guidance and L&D, I bring a practical, people-centered approach to learning.
