I design and deliver seminars, workshops and professional training programmes in clinical and occupational psychology, mental health, communication, relationship dynamics, stress management and personal development. As a team leader and supervisor, I have supported the professional development of more than 300 psychologists through structured training, case discussions and practical learning activities. My teaching approach combines psychological theory, real-life examples, experiential exercises and opportunities for reflection. Each program is tailored to the participants’ needs and may be delivered online or in person to professionals, teams, organizations and educational groups.
