I design and deliver leadership programs built on one conviction: leadership isn't taught through theory, it's trained through experience. My programs draw on Viktor Frankl's logotherapy — meaning as the driver of human action — and on a proprietary model, the 10 Leadership Competencies for the 21st Century, which I work through practically with leadership teams: decision-making, conflict management, empathetic communication, emotional intelligence, teamwork, critical thinking, and innovation, among others. I also use tools like Aristotle's LEP model (Logos, Ethos, Pathos) to train conflict resolution and high-impact communication. With over two decades of experience leading communications and marketing at companies like Heineken and Siemens.
