Elyse Warnecke

Elyse worked as a scientist before her inner longing for something deeper, more fulfilling led her to wellness. She is a certified Health & Wellness Specialist, Reiki Master and Spiritual Life Coach as well as Exercise Physiologist. She intuitively connects with her clients to evoke an experience of their innate, soulful nature in order to clarify and integrate all aspects of self in wholeness. The soul-level acceptance and empathy she provides supports self exploration leading to a deeper connection to self and others. Through focused listening with curiosity and patience, Elyse elicits her client’s essence, facilitating self-liberation, allowing them to finally come home to themselves. Sessions may include coaching/facilitation, wellness/fitness and post rehab exercise.
