Shabnam Mehra

I am a coach, facilitator and entrepreneur with 25+ years of cross-industry experience. I design and facilitate programmes on self-awareness, emotional intelligence, communication, human skills, leadership and personal effectiveness. My workshops use reflection, discussion, case situations, role plays and practical exercises to connect learning with real workplace situations. I have also designed and delivered a Faculty Development Programme at WGSHA focused on understanding and engaging with Gen Z students. My work with Gen Z extends to changing workplace expectations and ways of working. I bring a practical business perspective through my experience as an entrepreneur and coach.
