Responsible for providing individual and group counselling to students, addressing academic, emotional, behavioural, social, and personal concerns. Conduct psychological and behavioural assessments, identify students requiring additional support, and develop appropriate intervention strategies. Provide academic guidance, study-skills training, career guidance, and life-skills education. Collaborate with teachers, parents, special educators, and school management to support students’ overall development. Maintain confidential counselling records, prepare student progress reports, conduct awareness and wellbeing programs, support crisis intervention, and promote a safe, inclusive, and positive school environment.
