Dorinda Rolle

Dorinda Rolle has held positions in the academic, business, government, and nonprofit arenas for over 30 years and is founder and president of Rolle and Associates, LLC, a management consulting, and training firm. Her skill set includes leadership development, executive and transition coaching, strategic planning, board development, group facilitation and change management. In addition, she has been an adjunct professor at St. Mary's University and the University of Texas, both in San Antonio, Texas. Her current coaching focuses are: Executive & leadership coaching (Individuals and Teams), Transition coaching, Personal development, Change Management (agile mindset), and Executive presence & communication skills.
