Maria Gabriela Biscardi

Maria Gabriela is a highly experienced facilitator, coach, psychologist and educator with a diverse background from various countries, industries, and methodologies like experiential learning, participatory action research, psychodrama, and team coaching. She has focused on training leadership and management skills, emotional agility, power skills, self-management, well-being, mental health care, and organizational learning and consulting. For more than 12 years, she has assessed companies and leaders, developed learning programs, and facilitated offline and online experiential training in English and Spanish. She has also designed and implemented initiatives like the INNOVA PROGRAM and the Partners Alignment Program, which focus on restructuring selection and training processes and improving organizational culture and productivity. In addition to her role as a facilitator, Maria has been actively involved in academia, serving as a professor at Universidad de Carabobo, where she taught group dynamics and general psychology.
