I have a true passion for assisting others in becoming the best versions of themselves. I have led the turnaround of teams at all levels in both direct leadership and influence roles, giving a true life approach to operations issues and how to win at them. I am highly focused on motivating teams and developing the effectiveness of leaders and have had the pleasure of participating in the personal and career growth of so many wonderful and high achieving employees. I am humbled and proud to have had such opportunity and honor to participate in those lives. In previous manufacturing roles I was regularly chosen by employees and their leaders to mentor/coach across multiple disciplines and leadership levels with exceptional results delivered by every team. The opportunity to be a part of another's personal growth is what gets me geared up and ready to roll every morning and I would love nothing more than to spend my days teaching and coaching others to win with their teams just as I have.
