As the Vice President of WICCI, Karnataka Mentoring and Soft Skills Council, I am mentoring & empowering women leaders, and entrepreneurs. I design functional, leadership-learning frameworks, and as a Corporate Trainer, I guide leaders & managers, and as a Soft Skills Mentor, I employees, leaders, and students. I participate in NGOs like Sneha Seva Trust, and BHUMI, as a personality-building Building Volunteer for young girls and women: organising activities like learning to enhance skills, character/personality development and talks on various topics.
