I have been accompanying individuals and organizations in their paths of development and change for over 30 years. Through the study of Eastern disciplines, psychology, and philosophy, I have developed a profound understanding of the human being, while the study of modern organizational theories and leadership has allowed me to delve into the dynamics and processes of both profit and non-profit organizations. My mission is to help people develop their talents to build organizations and communities where they can pour forth their best personal and professional qualities. These organizations, in turn, will be capable of welcoming and providing space for talents in a virtuous, self-sustaining process.
