I have worked for 20 years in service and consulting sales to major accounts, within telecom operators and then consulting firms in Tech, including 10 years as a manager and sales director. 


I have also been a member of Executive Committees and responsible for marketing, recruitment and training activities, which has given me a cross-functional view of how companies operate. 


2 international experiences, in Brazil and Morocco, have allowed me to better understand interculturality within teams. 


I now coach businesses & individuals looking to improve their performance and well-being.


I specifically help them identify & develop their leadership style, resources, overcome their barriers, in order to strengthen their legitimacy, unleash their energy and (re)engage themselves in achieving their objectives. 

And better communicate their expectations and needs to streamline their relationships, gain assertiveness.
