Roji is currently the Head of HR and Admin of Unicon Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers Corporation. He leads the end to end HR Processes from Hiring and Onboarding to Offboarding of Employees. UIRBC is part of both the Gokongwei Group and Ayala Group through BPI’s shares in UIRBC. As HR and Admin Head, Roji focuses on the areas of OD, Talent Management and Learning and Development as his expertise in retaining and developing talent in a very competitive industry. He has created an development program for its business development team and revamp some of its rewards program to continue to enhance employee experience in his 4 months of stay. Site HR Lead for the BGC Office of Aboitiz InfraCapital, Inc. He is also the Talent Optimization, Engagement and Culture Lead under the People and Culture Team of Aboitiz InfraCapital, Inc. He handles end to end HR Support to Corporate Support Units of the organization, he leads the employee engagement, HR Communication, succession planning programs and performance management system as well as building culture and agility in the way people work. He has been a Learning and Development Professional for 8 years and is a member of the Philippine Society for Talent Development, the premier community of L&D professionals in the Philippines. He has held different roles in Human Resources, Corporate Communications, and Corporate Philanthropy in Fintech, Financial Services, Energy, and Education sectors. He is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts Degree in Organizational Communication from De La Salle University and has a post-graduate diploma in Strategic Human Resources Management from Ateneo Center for Organization Research and Development (CORD) and has taken units in MS Psychology and Religious Education. He is presently finishing his MBA from Nexford University. He is also a Chartered Professional in Human Resources Management, HCI Certified Leadership Development and Succession Strategist, Certified Corporate Facilitator and a Certified Career and Team Coach. He is also a Certified Scrum Master and a Harrison Assessments Accredited Coach. He uses these certifications and educational background in helping professionals navigate through transitions, career stagnation and self-leadership concerns. He advocates for Mindfulness and Spirituality at Work as an anchor for success, life mission and happiness. He is a passionate professional who selflessly shares his insights and discoveries to help other professionals to advance in their career.
