Throughout my career, I have successfully led and facilitated numerous training sessions focused on enhancing employee performance, soft skills, stress management and team management.. My current role as a Corporate Coach and Counselling Psychologist involves working closely with corporate employees across various sectors, providing them with the necessary tools to excel in their roles. I am adept at identifying individual and organisational needs and tailoring training programs to meet those requirements effectively. My educational background, including a PGDM in Human Resources from XISS, Ranchi, a diploma in Counselling Psychology from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, and an M.Sc in Counselling Psychology from the Indian Institute of Psychology and Research, has equipped me with a deep understanding of human behaviour and effective communication strategies. These skills have been instrumental in my ability to foster a supportive and productive work environment.
