I serve as an independent DEI Consultant. In this capacity, I assist in conducting comprehensive diversity assessments for client organizations, identifying areas for improvement, and providing tailored recommendations for fostering inclusive cultures. I collaborate with the clients to develop and implement DEI training analyses, proposals, briefs, and initiatives to promote awareness and understanding of each client’s individual DEI goals, as well as deliver engaging DEI trainings on a range of topics.
