During my tenure with the Department of Health, I was part of a dedicated team of 5,500 staff members at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, as Chairman of the Golden Key Academic Honours Society Alumni Committee in South Africa, overseeing a client base of 144,000 members, I have successfully led and conducted webinars for the past 15 years, both in face-to-face and virtual settings. My programs are meticulously tailored to meet the specific needs of each group. As a board member of Lifeline, I rewrote the personal growth and leadership training program, emphasizing wellness through George Engel’s biopsychosocial perspective. This holistic approach considers the biology, psychology, sociology, and spirituality of individuals and teams. My workshops cover workplace-based behaviors, needs assessments, meditation techniques, work-life balance, and integrating dignity into all workplace components. I also provide specialized training for companies with staff members in the DEI space. My extensive experience in leadership training, honed over three decades and recognized by my fellowship with the Institute of Leadership, reflects an agile and direct style. I leverage my high Emotional and Social Quotients (ESQ and EQ) to guide clients in realizing their leadership potential and strengths. Solution-focused, I have a longstanding commitment to career transition and teamwork, helping clients set and achieve SMART goals. My prosocial approach combines positive and humanistic psychology, ensuring evidence-based strategies that drive behavioral change. This results not only in enhanced individual performance but also in increased productivity and profitability for companies.
