With over 21 years of expertise in human resources and organisational development, I have successfully served as both an internal and external consultant across public and private sectors. My experience spans a variety of industries including construction, mining, insurance, energy, economic development, and public health. My work focuses on designing and implementing HR & OD strategies, policies, and procedures aimed at maximising organisational performance through workplace improvement, skills development, change management, and leadership development. As a Chartered HR Professional with the SA Board for People Practices, I played a pivotal role in the roll-out of HR Standards in the Eastern Cape Region. I am also a member of the Chartered Management Institute and the Association of Business Psychologists (UK). Over the years, I have provided training, business plan development, business mentorship, and HR services to various emerging enterprises through engagements with public entities. I offer corporate webinars, onsite seminars, and interactive training workshops in key areas such as health & wellness, leadership, communication, DEI, sales performance, and technical skills. My mission is to enhance corporate performance by empowering individuals and teams with the necessary skills and knowledge for success.
