I have over two decades of proven experience designing, developing and facilitating workshops for a variety of clients in varied industries. For over a decade I led the Learning & Development function for corporates and was responsible for strategy and deployment of all people development initiatives including trainings, workshops and trainings. I have also spent a few years as a leadership consultant wherein I delivered on various client specific interventions including customized workshops and trainings.
